Hi, this is Yoshiki, thank you for listening to Yoshiki Radio. We’ve been touring… well, not intensively, but we toured Europe and went to Japan for a few festivals, then we’ve just finished a Latin American tour. So by that time this … I think I’m gonna be in South East Asia. Hope everything was well. Well last year we had amazing time during North American tour where we started from here, Los-Angeles and Oakland, Seattle, we went to Vancouver, went to Chicago, Toronto and New-York. Hope we can tour even more cities here in America as well. But at the same time (*laughing*) I’m tired of flying, Ah, tour is cool, but I had to do some you know appearances, so this month I went to Tokyo for almost a day so I came back here in Los-Angeles, then just went to New-York for one day and came back here. I’m leaving for South Korea tomorrow. Well I think I should love my life. (*in a quiet tired voice*) I feel like spending more time up in the air than down on the … ground.

Well, my birthday is November 20th, so I usually don’t like my birthday, I don’t know why. So I usually wanna send it just you know by myself stay home alone, for some reason I don’t want to see anybody. Long time ago somebody through a surprise birthday party or whatever. I hated it but… *laugh* well, this month in November I don’t want to remember that I don’t like my birthday.

Well, we are releasing our Last Live DVD, which was held about 14 years ago. So that's when we broke up. At that time we never thought we'll reunite the band. Also it took 14 years to complete editing, so this month we're releasing this live in Japan. Then hopefully we will be able to release this Last Live DVD throughout the world soon.
That was so hard to finish editing, because you know we lost hide and that was very-very emotional and sad, and at the same time kinda beautiful concert. First few years I couldn't even watch this footage, but several years ago my friend who was president of "Universal" came to me and said "Yoshiki, you should release this show because people need to see." I was like: "Well, it's hard to me to even watch". At that time we finished editing about 80% and I gave up. So this year finally we finished editing the rest that we released as a complete version of X JAPAN Last Live. So X JAPAN with "Kurenai".

So VIOLET UK is my … project. The big difference is the singer, singers as Katie, she’s amazing singer. Also there are more experimental because X JAPAN is the band so pretty much it’s so … band style, for VIOLET UK can be anything. When listening to the album you hear a lot of noises, a lot of atmospheric sounds as well as very heavy rock. It’s hard to explain, I mean even X JAPAN is hard to explain. Let’s see that song we’ve played today T-Rex “20th Century Boy”, we used to cover that too. At the same time we were playing heavy speed metal and we were playing very metal ballads. So next song is VIOLET UK with “ROSA”.

You know music is about freedom. At that time a lot of critics told us “you should just focus on one direction”. I understood that but at the same time was … you know so I want take you to like a journey - so a heavy song and a soft song and then something happy, something angry, something touchy and sad and… so there’s no restrictions when it comes to art so I’ll keep doing that no matter what people say so please send me your messages through twitter @YoshikiOfficial. I mean I’ve been studying English but still very hard for me to pronounce those two… You know ……. Ok.

Народ, у меня такой вопрос. Я не имею возможности сейчас следить за новостями, так что спрошу здесь - кому-нибудь нужны ещё скрипты Йошики Радио, т.е. делать ещё или всё уже кем-то где-то было записано? Мне просто очень понравилось это занятие...))
Я могу ради удовольствия со временем записать все выпуски, если, конечно, этого ещё никто не делал.
