Hi, this is Yoshiki. Thank you for listening to Yoshiki Radio. Sorry this month we delayed the show because… well, it’s my fault. So I’ve just got back in town and I was in Japan playing Summer Sonic. Also we were playing some secret gig at the festival called A-Nation. So we had to stay in Japan a little longer, well couldn’t record the show, I’m sorry so… Anyway so when I was in Japan as I said we played at festival called Summer Sonic, so we played right before Red Hot Chili Peppers. I think the show went very well. A lot of band from around the world were performing at the show, it’s kind of cool. *laugh*
Well, you know, after the earth quake it was first time for me to be back in Japan. Things are… it looks normal but there are still radiation problem and everything, so actually August 27th we donated 100% of guarantee to 39 millions earthquake victims. Yeah, I’ve been doing it since the earthquake. The thing is when disaster happens everybody sends invitation to it. Then eventually people forget that this earthquake hit Japan pretty hard, so it will take I think years for us to rebuild everything, so will be supporting this as much as we can. I don’t think this is only problem in Japan, it’s world wide problem for so a lot of people around the world are supporting us. I just want to say thank you. I’m playing the song called “Here” by “Vast”.

When I’ve just got back from Japan, well we performed in Osaka and Tokyo you know. Because I’ve been living in Los-Angeles for a long time and I used to this kind of weather but now we are going to Latin America. I don’t know what’s the weather will be. Well, I’m very excited to finally meet our fans so I don’t care if it’s cold *laugh* or humid or hot. But actually I’m leaving tomorrow so I have to find out what kind of clothes I should bring. Well, *laugh* as we know we dress in black and then fucking long jacket and scarf and everything, it doesn’t matter if it’s summer or winter, so I guess it doesn’t matter. *laugh* The next song actually you may have heard this band called Dir En Grey. I produced a half of their debut album. This is one of the songs I produced called “CAGE” by Dir En Grey.

The next song… actually this song is divided by three chapters. Here we supposed to debut with this song in America long time ago, but we broke up and now we are doing this song again. This song is very complicated so it’s kind of hard to play. I think I composed this song when I was 26-27, so they can tell I have a classical music influence from this. I would like to know what you think. Anyway X JAPAN with “Art Of Life”.

Yes, so we are going to Chili, Brasil, Argentina, Peru and Mexico. You know it’s kind of interesting. This is one of reason we got reunited. We broke up more then 10 years ago because the vocalist and I went separate ways. Well we grew up together so then when we were talking about reuniting the band a lot of people mentioned “Yoshiki you know you have fans around the world”. I kind of knew it through at that time Myspace and now Facebook or Twitter, people start sending me messages around the world. Well, we completely realized it when we did North American tour, also European tour so it’s very interesting the music can break ..?.. boundary so we are very excited to go to Latin America and when I come back at our next show I’ll tell you what happen. I hope it goes well like European tour we just did and also the festivals we appeared in Japan. Then after Latin America we are going to South-East Asia aa… if we’re alive still *laugh* because our show we put entire energy into it ..?.. We have 5 days in Latin America then other 6 days in South-East Asia. How we can survive because we limit tour here in North America as well so we’ll see.
I hang up with Marilyn Manson once in a while. When we were in Japan I took him to karaoke, so I think he got hooked. Then when I came back here I went to his house, he said “Yoshiki, guess what?” He bought a karaoke machine, he loved to sing this song and he sounds really good. I think he should cover this song. Well this is one of my favorite artists David Bowie with “Ashes To Ashes”.

So we rearranged this song little bit for the festival, I feel excited a lot. But that's very odd so actually by the fan this show is playing I think I’m already touring Latin America. Anyway so this song we are playing again but the new arrangement worked very well at the festivals, so which is when in the chorus we sing together, so we’re playing this song [preparatory] to show, so this song is my old song X JAPAN with “JADE”.
